Captain Swing!
Six history professors from NIU formed Captain Swing in the late summer of 2004, with surprisingly little alcohol involved. Captain Swing lays down an eclectic mix of music that ranges from Mardi Gras-inspired grooves about unwanted romantic interest to ass-kicking country and western commentaries on fevered jingoism.
